Cobb...What I'm I doing wrong...

I installed my tune... no problems. But when I plug the tuner in for viewing boost and such sometimes I have to plug and unplug the cable 3 or 4 times before it turns on ? I'm I missing something here ?

Could be worn/bad connection. I'd PM or e-mail them
