BMW Warranty Question

I've been hearing unnerving sounds when i press on my brakes... It's bad, can't ignore it.
I believe it was the rotors so i took it to BMW of South County for a replacement because I had maintenance warranty.

They said the rotors are warped, but still have life in them and can't do nothing about the sound. And said the condition it was in is not warranty-able.

Now, with the warranty, don't you have the option to having them replaced because they are causing screeching noise, and IT IS warped?

Are you trying to get relief from warranty or from maintenance plan?

If they say it's still within specs they won't do anything!

I have the exact problem. The brakes sometimes clunk too when I'm coming out a parking spot. BMW is not helping. When I went in for the problem twice I was under factory warranty & maintenance.

If the rotors are warped the dealership should be able to "turn" them, or is there something unusual about BMW rotors that prevent this?

Did they offer you this option?
