e90 Speaker Sizes

Hi Guys,

I am looking to upgrade my speakers as the OEM ones are not the best.
I have found that the door and shelf speakers are 4" with around a 55mm max depth.

I was looking at these focal ones, I not sure if they are good enough?

Also, does anyone know the size of the speakers under the seats?
Are they normal speakers or sub speakers?

the two top choices are Morels and Focals
Morels are less harsh. For Under seats Jehnerts are becoming more popular
as they are a linear accurate speaker. Underseats can fit 200 mm

Most of the speakers in BMW are not normal as they are 2 ohm which is and odd
impedence that doesn't match up well with aftermarket amps. Or vice a versu as the aftermarket speakers don't match up well with the BMW amp or lack of one.
If you have the base or stereo system there is no amp and there aren't really any aftermarkets that this non amped system will drive . The Hi Fi system is not much better.
The logic 7 or Top Hi Fi can take some aftermarket speakers and get a little improvement.
