Sirius install HELP needed!!

Ok so I have a 2008 M3 that I did a CIC retrofit on, my car has Sat Radio however I was told I no longer needed the Sirius box when I upgraded and I sold it via Ebay.

Come to find out I did need the box so I purchased another from Tischer (65129192274) and am trying to reinstall it but I'm completely lost.

See photos, I'm confused as to what the orange loop wire is, the 4 pin connector and how to plug this into the unit as it does not fit.

I've tried removing the loop from the pin but get a strange blinking red light and my SOS light goes on....

so lost.....

HELP

whats so difficult..unplug the orange thing and plug in the sirius module? the orange thing is a fiber optic jumper so that the most bus lines didnt have to be changed when installing your retrofit...

It doesn't fit.

Then when I unplug the orange loop I get no sound and this image on my CIC display.
