Whats better than LUX 5.1

What is the next best thing as far as brightest for an e90 pre-lci angel eyes as a direct plug and play.

I know the LUX 5.1 is still on top but what would you guys say competes with it.

I contacted OSS design but unfortunately they seem too busy to reply back so I'm considering saving some money and doing a plug and play or maybe a custom AE setup. haven't decided.

I'm deciding between lux and mtec for my pre-lci. From what I've seen, mtec looks to be the closest competition in terms of brightness and functionality.
