CA acting up!!

i recieved my car about less than 2 weeks ago and i love every piece of it, especially the comfort access. Except the past 3 days my driver side comfort access is acting up. sometimes works, sometimes won't work not even with a prayer. however, my passenger side door works with quick ease. my trunk is giving me a bit of a hard time as well.

is this normal? does any1 else have had these issues and gotten them resolved??
