TPMS Standard?

Is the TPMS standard on 335i/xi cars or was it part of a package?

Tire Pressure monitoring has been required by law on all new US cars since 2008 and European cars beginning in 2012. BMW began including it as OEM with the switch to RFTs on most models around 2006.

It is standard. However, there's different type of TPMS and how they actively measure the pressure. Hope this helps!

actually, some 07s and probably 06s dont have a TPMS installed in the wheels and still have runflats.
My car was produced in March 06 (07 335i) and the sport rims it came with didnt have TPMS in the wheels. It uses a calculation bases on something in the brakes instead.

I found out that when switching to aftermarket wheels and dude was like i didnt need sensors and its obvious because my 162s had rubber stems
