Poll doesn't make sense....2 different exterior colors, why would you think that the same interior would look good with either?
Besides, please view this thread: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ight=hate+post

i doubt many people got saddle.. ITs a very risque color since many havent seen it in person. It looks solid with the MB in my opinion. Black/grey are other conservative but classy choices.

I currently have Montego with Terra in my 335i sedan and absolutely LOVE the combo. Get so many compliments on the Montego, then when people see the Terra Brown interior, I get compliments on it too.
I have seen the Saddle Brown of the coupes just once, on with white exterior. Liked it a lot too. The contrast with the brown leather interiors look AWESOME. FYI, I am ordering a Coupe in Montego Blue with the Saddle Brown interior. Alpine white was my second choice and would of either ordered saddle brown interior on that too. Just wanted to see if others felt the same about the MB/Saddle combo, and apparently you do, as the Saddle Brown leads the poll. It's a "rare" combo too, and that makes it appealing as well. Thanks all for your responses so far. |

I loved the unique look of the saddle, but the introduction of a third interior color nixed that for me. The European market gets the option of the anthracite headliner, which if it was available here, would have won me over. Enjoy whatever you decide!

I have an AW E93 with the saddle brown interior & light poplar wood trim, and the headliner is black.
Before I saw this car on the lot I would have chosen grey as that's what I had before on my 95 e36 AW M3, but after seeing the saddle brown in person with the black dash I loved it.

Anyway, I went with creme beige and burl in my Montego and it turned out great! Usually i'm a grey fan, but I wanted to try something a little more different from my gf's grey-in-blue E46. |

Apline with grey leather?? e90
It seems that not much people talk about AW with grey leather interior, I'd placced order on this combo.
AW makes the car looks bigger and glow at night, which is safer to drive at night, also easier to keep clean (the easiest is silver of course) black interior looks cool but also make the interior less spacous, esp the rear seat, while the beige w/ apline is just too comment and not cool at all, more like a family car. Grey interior is at the middle of black and beige, looks spacous and unquie, if need a cool look, just tint the window black 30% and will have the same apperance as black interior. Anyone agree? |

+ a bagillion. Black is always a standard go to for any color, as long as you get the titanium trim. IMO the woods are too dark for the black interior and the titanium makes everything looks clean and fresh.

My dad has a AW 330i with terra . He has the burl trim though. I'm just not a fan of the woods, maybe I'm not at that stage in my life yet . All about the aluminum, CF, or piano black. To bad us americans can only get the aluminum, CF and piano can be expensive to just change the trim.

Too dark, dingy and dungeon like for me.
Had it on my VW GTI and on my Subaru Legacy GT. Always felt "gloomy" inside the car. That combo gets comments like that all the time, even in the new Car and Drive mag where they tested a 328i convt. and mentioned exactly that too. I now love contrast INSIDE the car. My terra brown interior on my sedan also had black trim and grey headliner. Looks only a "bit" odd at first, but moments after spending a bit of time in it, it's great! Never got more positive comments about a car color AND it's interior color as I did with that nice airy, contrasty interior. Always felt good inside it, not dark and gloomy. Just my opinion. Thanks guys for the responses. Later. |
