2008 E90 with different headlamps?
Has anyone heard about, thought about or simply assume that the 2008 E90/91 will have different headlamps???,... I think BMW will in the simplest case, just put euros in all cars and have the "regulatory" orange reflector put in the wheel arch just as in the E92, and in the "worst case scenario" BMW will give the E90 a face lift and change the shape of the headlamps and the front bumper.
Any info or comments on this?? Thank you!

i think they're doing that on the new 5 series? amber on the bumper and not on the headlights? so perhaps the trend will continue...

I saw a spy shot that led me to think that was a possibility. I hate the bicycle reflectors!

At least that's better than the whole orange thing, the reflector can be covered up or replaced don't you think?

hopefully they would take care of those orange refelctors in the future so it would be cheaper for us to replace them

I really don't see the big deal with the orange but I am pretty sure E90 will get the facelift with E92 front since E90 M3 seems to be looking that way

I still like the e90 head lights of course without the amber pieces or other words: Euro lights. They look better on a sedan than the e92 lights on e90.

I believe some E90 M3 spy shots have shown a different front end (i.e., hood, headlights, front bumper of course). Not sure about the non M3 E90.

I would like to see a more retangular headlight / housing, as I do not really care for the current style of them. It would not keep me from buying one, but I think the headlight area styling could use some improvement.

i'd say they'll just put euros on and then add the orange side marker on the bumper.

Too bad they didn't consult you before designing such an abomination. Have you considered the possibility that your opinion is not shared by everyone?
