328i Chrome Tip from factory?

How do I get the chrome pipes on a 328i from the factory?

You don't. You can buy them from your dealer. You can also use the 330i left pipe (2).

Many dealers will throw these in for free--mine did--all you have to do is ask.

These are for an E90. The correct tips for the E92 are slanted at the ends.
Part numbers:
18 30 7 553 641
18 30 7 553 642

If you are as anal as I am about things, these are the ones you want for your E92. The ones that the dealers throw in are not the same and don't have the slanted ends.

Tailpipes can NOT add or take away from the peformance of any car.

Performance, no effect. If someone who has a critical eye like myself notices it, then... But if they look good to you, that's all that matters.

It'd be harder to find a photo of one without them. They may be different on the coupe, but here is what they look like on the sedan.

I like the sedan one better, the slant makes the tips more American SUV-like.

The tail pipes do affect performance!!!

They add more weight, and weight spoils performance...
