folding rear seats forward?

Hi, I just purchased a 328i Sedan. I've been trying to figure out how to fold the rear passengers seats forward to increase the storage space. Is it even possible to do that? how? thank you!

Do you have the cold weather package or the folding rear seat option? If not, I don't believe it is possible.

My past cars have folded. Sat in the back seat and poked around in the trunk. After reading the manual. They don't fold down. What was I thinking. Too bad. Would have made me happy.

Correct, without those you don't have it, if you do in the trunk on the top inside there are two like pull switches that will drop them

However much people might be tempted to call out the OP for not knowing which options his car has, it will always be really lame that folding rear seats aren't standard.

(Although they are for us lucky Canadians.)

There is a pull a handle in the trunk its just hidden in the top of the trunk.

Good thing for Canadians is that it's standard for 328i

Yep...and I know because when the salesman slammed on the brakes to show them off in my test drive, one of the rear seats came flying down. Actually, the car brakes so friggin hard, maybe he broke the latch
