Seats are really firm...

When I sit in there for 2 hours I can feel the bones in my butt jutting out of my flesh. Any solutions?

Got sport package? I remember sitting in non-sport package seats of BMW vehicles and they were nice and comfortable.

My girlfriend HATES sitting in my car for a long time because it is so damn firm and uncomfortable. I have to agree its not the most comfortable seat out there.

Only solution I can think of is getting those gel/foam seat cushions designed for cars. I thought about getting one for my long commutes, for it doesn't look good.

Search them online. There are some quality ones out there for $$$.

Yes I have ZSP.

Also I think the ZSP seats are wonderfully comfortable for short drives.

Unfortunately my test drive did not last two hours.

It also depend on your weight.

I had both sport and non-sport and I prefer the sport but I can understand that for a big guy they could be too hard.

At 155lbs, I'm perfect in it.

I also found the sport seats to be nice at first but uncomfortable after time. Untimately bought non-sport primarily for that reason. Sorry I can't offer any solutions. Is it even possible to swap seats with a non-sport owner?

The non sport seats are like park benches. I suggest you play with the adjustments on it and find your ideal cruising seating position.

I have a cruising seating position set as well as my everyday position

You're probably not sitting in them correctly.

Sport seats with lumbar support are really good to me.

I suggest no gangster leans.

I have a fused back and am miserable sitting for long periods of time in any seat except my BMW which I have been able to drive for 6 hours at a time. My advice would be stop every hour and stretch, get some circulation and then you should be fine. A recent special on MSNBC on BMW showed that they use computer analysis to design the seats so they don't have pressure points, it was interesting to see.

My brothers back is too wide and he HATES sitting in my seats, always has problems getting comfortable.

I find them comfortable so far, but another year in the gym and I'm hoping I have issues too haha.

They are firm at first, but if you sit in them for a while, they kind of mellow out and have a nice feel to em. I'd rather do that then have foam that was too soft to begin with and then become too soft and unsupportive.

Ditto regarding the above. I hated my sport seats for the first 10K miles driving in them, but once they broke in, they were very comfortable.

The sport seats are the most comfortable seats I've ever been in, especially on long drives. I have ZERO fatigue from them. The thing is, you need to spend time to adjust them properly, then re-adjust several times until you get it right. It's not a 2 minute deal. Well worth it.

I thought the seats in my B7 S4 were nicer than the 335i. Slightly disappointed...

I have ZSP seats in my e92 and they are not comfortable at all. I've had the car for 2 years and still find time to adjust it.

I had two e90 loaners from the dealer with non-sport seats. They are MUCH MORE comfortable. They seem to hug your body better and there's no back or thigh strain and pain.

Next time, I will consider ordering non-sports and non-zsp because the ZSP ride is also harsh.

Leather conditoner; When i bought my car CPO, the seats were also "quite firm". Even the boot around the shifter was stiff in comparison to it's supple feel now.
I've noticed that after conditioning the leather seats, they more pliable and conform to my 125lb body more easily. Before you'all jump on my d*ck regarding my weight, I'm only 16.

Damn 125 haha... I've gotten back into the gym after a break due to school and I'm gonna creep my way back up into the low 200's.... not sure how I'm gonna like the seats then.
