Tires for 2006 BMW 525i W/out Sports Package
I am looking for a set of new tires for my 525i and don't know what direction to go as I have searched Tirerack for some good tires. I do not drive in the snow at all and was wondering if any of you can suggest some good tires. (225 / 50R 17)

Are you after an all season tire with a quiet ride and longer wear around 40,000+ miles or a high performance summer tire with better handling and grip that might see about 20,000 miles of wear? The more you can tell us about your driving style, conditions, and what you're looking for your tires to do for you, the better recommendations that myself and other forum members can provide.

I am searching these tires for my dad who drives the 525i w/out the sports package.
He is kind of on the fence as whether to buy a high performace summer tire or a tire thats last longer. |
