My BMW is bad luck so far !!!!!

I got it on July 1st... paid $34k after a big ordeal at the dealer...some bullshit about them having it listed the wrong price on cars.com . I sold my 2010 FX4 F150 on craigslist ... worked out great for me ... and the buyer really loves his new truck !

I ended up with this 2009 335i xDrive with 19,500 miles...

I LOVE this car.... I hate all the mods that are out there for this car...well I love it,actually my checking account hates it !!!
Thats were this story starts to take a turn for the worse... 3 DAYS LATER....July 4th a pull into an Advanced Auto in my town to get a few supplies and I'm literally the only car in the lot and some crackhead in a 1990 Infiniti G20 I think it was backs into me !!!!!!!!!!!!!! MIND YOU I'M the ONLY CAR IN THE FREAKING LOT !!!! AND THE SLUT TRIES TO LEAVE ! I HAVE TO CHASE HER ON FOOT !!!!!! Needless to say she was a total scumbag and C*nt ! The cops threatened to arrest her 3 times ! She left my bumper cracked and the tow hook cover smashed off ! So know my car is in the bodyshop going on 8 days.... here are a few pics of what I'm left with !!!

So now it seems no matter what I do or try to do with this car I run into a hassle ! I found the dealer lied about service work that was done while at there stealership... Just about everything I have ordered so far Ive run into some kind of bullshit... it seems everyone you call or take these F@CKING cars to tries to screw you on a price!!!!!! I thought my corvette was bad having people wanna jack up prices this car is 10X worse !!!! There's alot being done now that crackhead backed into my car..... Mtech front and sides and new rims and tires.More pics to come tomorrow !

that sucks. hope that crackhead pays for it. well, she better since the law is on your side.

explain to me, did cops come right away and tried to stop her? what do you mean by they threatened to arrest her 3 times? just curious how that situation unfolded...

So as it turns out she called her insurance the next day admitting guilt.

Dude, that sucks to hear. But on the bright side, you had a witness, the cops were on your side, and now you get a chance to upgrade!!! 3 weeks after getting my e92 LCI last year i got backed into so i understand your pain =( but good choice on the mtech stuff. Your ride will definitely excellent when it's done.

iv also noticed that people give BMW drivers such a harder time. I had an old granny stare me down when I was getting into my car. I don't know if it was because of me being relatively young, driving a BMW, or plain racism.

Thank goodness my salesperson and dealership have been a thrill to work with. I had all the warranty work I requested down without any hassle at all. I think it helps that I play hockey with my salesman.

Oh well, you can afford the BMW, enjoy it. There'll always be people who are jealous for what you have, and never try to understand sometimes the sacrifices you had to make to get where you are and have what you.

Ps. sweet ex-truck. Very clean.

Something about Pittsburgh... Some woman backed up into me in Shadyside last month while I was stationary. She got out of the car and yelled at me! Thankfully there were witnesses and she ultimately worked with me to get my bumper repaired. She tried to claim that all of the damage on my bumper was already there. I just took delivery of it in March.

i should have done that when they replaced my bumper. I went with the stock LCI bumper cause the divider rods matched my color scheme better. bug dang, its looking good =)

Sorry to hear about your loss. It happened to my wife and we still have a police report on these teens that hit her car and then took off. So far it seems like the cops have not done much even though she provided them with the lic. plate etc. We had to pay deductible and our insurance covered it. If now the cops can step it up maybe we can get our deductible back.
