E92 Door Speaker wireing question

Hi,

I am in the middle of a complete audio overhaul in my e92.

I have striped my doors to fit after market speakers but I'm not sure how to get the speaker cable from the door into the car.

There is some foam behind the door card that is stuck on with some black gloop and the foam seem's a little fragile. Do I need to remove the foam to get to the pipe?

Thanks

use a heat gun or hair drier to heat the goop then the foam sound / weather guard will pull away. yes you need to do that to get to the loom.

when you pull that back can you please take a photo of the door, specifically the speaker cut out in the door when you do as a favor and post it
