Tire Q.. Important. asap
One of my rears 275 falken needs to be replaced. (flat and cant be fixed)
Im looking for cheap solution right now. I think i dont have too much thread left on my other rear tire so I think the best solution is to get a pair rather than just pay for one. (which will be 1= $275+ new) Money is an issue right now. Here is the dilemma. Im searching and found Pair of Potenzas for about $300 90% tread left. The size is 295s tho Could they fit on my LCI? and on a 9.5 inch wheel? My specs. et 30 275 with H&R s right now. was rubbing on 275s had to shave and roll fenders. Not sure how much more room i have now. how much wider is 295 then 275? (on 9.5 wheel i know goodyear f1 265 and my Falken 275 looks identical in width. thats why i ask) also what would happen if lets say i put 265 or 275 one used tire which is different make. Non falken? So far its either 1 new falken or two used 265s for about 450$(allot for me right now), 1 used Mich PS2 265 cheap. or those 295s

cant tell you the difference without the second set of numbers ex. 275/40/18
the second set of numbers is gonna make the biggest difference

295/30-19 is 20mm wider than 275/30-19 it will also be a little taller. I dont think 9.5 et 30 with a 295 tire will work on an lci. Technically it should be 10mm closer to the strut and 10mm closer to the fender. Take a ruler and measure for yourself.

yes technically it should be bigger and 10mm on each side however, technically my 265 should be smaller 10mm (5mm on each side) then my 275s yet they are identical in size on my 9.5 inch wheel. Im sure if i had 10.5" wheel and put 265 and 275 on it then 275 would be wider. but on 9.5 it didnt make a difference. Thats why i thought putting 295 would not make 20mm difference on my 9.5" tire. Should make some but may be not 20mm? since the wheels isnt so large.
