To ask or not to ask...
...this is the question. I got a warning lamp saying that a light was out and when i took it to the dealer they said that they found what was wrong, but didn't have the part, so i have to come back later. When they were testing the lights tho, the service guy who had messy hands touched the CREAM BEIGE INTERIOR.. and left a spot or two, can i go back and tell them about that when i go back for the part?

OF COURSE! tell them, let them know,
but clean it yourself, don't let them clean it, more often than not, they'll make it worse

personally I would just try to clean it myself, then if that didn't work well.

I had that problem. I had my oil changed early and I noticed some dark blemishes on the driver side of the side beams. I was mad but gladly cleaned it off. They need to own one in order to feel the violation.

Yea, definitely let them know if you can not clean it off yourself. Don't let them devalue your car like that.

Slobs
When I bring my car in- Sheets (bed) on the seat and towels on the floors- I also put some packing tape on the door sills and lower portions of the doors.
I've done the "see the way this car is kept, that's the way I'd like it back" route- no matter- these guys are slobs and simply don't care, for the most part. There are exceptions, I'm sure. They seem to go through the motions- paper mat, etc, but then they leave greasy prints, scuff your door panels, etc- so it's just lip-service. |

that's the standard affair,
sometimes you can tell that they flip the plastic cover over the seat just to show you that it's there, but as said before, it's better than nothing
