need opinions: is this a good deal?

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=525211

looking to buy a 335i, it seems like it doesn't have much option and package, but it have lots of mods that i like. Carfax doesn't show any record from 2009 or 9000 miles, ask the seller and he said the car was in minor accident that replace the hood and headlight. Just can't make my decision, so i really need opinion about this car. help please

I think its too much....and its auto.... but if you really like the mods and are ok with auto, then maybe its a good deal. I have to admit that mods are nice.

it is just too hard to find a 6mt, all the mods the car currently had is exactly what i plan to install to a 335, but not Dinan and i would only need to install meth kit to complete it.

the pros are i could sell the wheel for about 2k+, low mileage and cpo
cons are no detail carfax after 09 and the car and does have a minor accident, only premium and sport package.

When the car said minor, how minor is it? if the strut and support didn't get wrecked then it should be fine. My suggestions would be to bring it to a bmw inspection. Luckily i know someone that works in bmw dealership, so it all worked out for me. GL

well 2 more things then.....make sure your CPO is still good with those mods and minor accident is not a big deal, but might be a good idea to find out how minor it really was by looking at body shop records.

but if accident is not in car fax and the selling did tell you about it......then it probably was a minor accident

Agreed, however nowadays even bodyshops can hide/manipulate claims and such matter.

But the problem is carfax shows nothing from 2009 not even regular maintenance.

29K seems like a good price considering all the mods. if it was just stock, i was going to say get it down to 26-27k.

its really a trade off between performance and comfort, the car has the performance mod that i am looking for, but the package and option are minimum.

just really hard to find a car that has both and within a reasonable price range
