Help. I've lost my LCI rears coding!

My UK spec 08 E92 was fitted with LCI rears and a new FRM3 which was coded with Autologic.

Since I have fitted a cic retrofit, the rear lights flicker on startup and leave a brake light error on the dash.

I took a full 226kb FSW_PSW backup of the car before coding, but not an individual backup of the FRM3 module.

My adaptive headlights don't seem to move as far as before either.

Can the info be plucked from the complete car file, or what needs changing in the FRM3 module?

Here are the files if anyone could help please
