Anyone want to see a diagram + pic of the huge 535i oil cooler
Seems all 535i and 535xi will get it
Its no 1 in the 1st picture 2nd pic shows it installed behind the front cooling fan

are intercoolers and oil coolers the same thing?

No, intercoolers cool the intake air after its comperssed by the turbo

E90Fleet - Do you think that the 2008 E9x production will have a bigger oil cooler? Looking at the 535s cooler I would assume that the new E9xs would get an upgrade, right?

One thing to remember though
The 335i gets cool air from the bumper onto the cooler the 535i gets air from after the radiator, so its hotter and thus its cooler needs more cooling power
