name on ticket
My ex got a ticket in NY for turning right at a light. Although the light was green, she misread the sign that said no right turn between 4-7pm. When she was given the ticket, they got her name wrong. Then she tried to pay it online and when she entered the ticket number, it said the ticket was not vaild. Would the wrong name on the ticket void it?
Thanks |

You should call the police department that issued the ticket?

When was the ticket issued? Officers need to sit down and enter the information into the system after they write tickets. Some do it right away, some do not.
I would wait at least 48 hours after the ticket has been issued for it to show up online. |
