Talking Vinyl Wrapped Window and Door Trims

Guys, just wanna share with you some photos for the vinyl wraps I have just done. Being so lazy, of course they are not DIY. Again excuse me for the crapy iphone photos:

1) matt black window trims.
2) tinted door handle trims, color sort of matching my gunmetal rims.

I really like it...this is the one you did for 1K? or 1.6k?

btw RC3, is there any other dealers besides Advan for Forgestar? I just want to check if any have stock. Btw, I am considering maybe try to buy MLai's wheels and paint them. Does dream color or any other paint company do a good job of that?

1.6k actually, same for both shops.

I think many US vendors like have them, try PM them. In HK, you may try zillion but not sure if they have stock.

There are a few rim shops which can re-paint rims. Just look under some of the local mod magazines. mlai will be selling you his rims? I thought he wants to keep a collection of wheels for summer and winter swapping.

mali, I know you are not interested in any black color mods. But last time you mentioned tinting your white line tail lights. This shop actually can do it, in one piece of film per light. Even for the F10's odd shape tail light. Let me know if you are interested.

Oh, well he says he is looking to sell. So we see the final price (i guess depends on interest) when he gets his new wheels. I think it might not be a bad idea to do a grey/black scheme..black out all the chrome and then black wheels..lowered and mfront (not sure if i can do the back...cuz dunno if worth putting the money for a split exhaust - did you orders yours in HK? )

I think Sophisto Gray looks best with polished silver rims, Just my two cents.

We have a member here Sealobo who has gray and black rim. Just take a look at his thread and see if you like the combo.

My exhaust around 20k, got it where I got my m kit. I just wanna have a more "individualized look" since I have also debaged. Just personally preference. The stock dual tips one side output is actually good enough.... frankly speaking...

BTW, not sure if you can only order the m front. Some bros here try to ask but no reply.

WCf bro, sick Space Gray with black rims. Actually the more I look, I am digging more into Space Gray and Alpine White. If I order my car now I would order either one of the two colors.

I see you got the trim wrapped too. Same place?

What kind of tires you have?

20k!!!!(*&@(*!&@(!&@(*!&@
haha, 10K ..can consider..20K....faint!

I just calculate. MKit 3XK + 25K or so for wheels ...then another 20K ...hahaha.....is that cheapest option? Because if they don't let us just do front, then the back has to be split to quad. But yours is hamann right? Remus has one, i saw, but it is single out.

I should meet you out sometime, you are wealth of knowledge i treat u for nonalcoholic drink Haha (don't drink and drive) and get all your resources..i feel bad making you type so much to me.

I was hoping to do grey and black to make it special..but now this thread shows at least 2

WCF10..those are the bmw rims? u got them painted or they were that way? it is very nice...u blacked out the trim too....i was thinking doing that..but urs has no Mfront right...that is the slight diff...hrmm..i like like....

Haha, let's do a meet. It's long overdue for bros here.

My car is actually black sapphire with gunmetal or gray rims. WCf's space gray looks sick with black rims. Sophisto Gray with gray or black rims may be out of place IMHO. But it's just personal preference, just pick the one you like bro.

M kit for 528 has only left side cut out for single dual tips outlet. I special ordered the 550 rear diffuser that's why.

I don't have CF BMW roundel. I mean I debadged (took off) my 528i badge, hehe. I have some black sapphire stickers in hand to stick on the wedges of the BMW roundel though, just need to DIY when have time.

Rc, does your exhaust sound like this one?
http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthre...wpost&t=549992
It sound not bad .. actually maybe better with 528 than some higher engines, because the sound is more 'pure' with no turbos etc. and revs higher! Have you blasted it beyond 6k rpm yet?

Wcf10, that look clean! simple, classic, complete .. like a M3

More like this:

http://www.hamann-motorsport.com/en/...haust-systems/

bass-sier I think. It's actually louder at low rpm.
