Comfort Access

ing issues with my 2006 330 and its comfort access system. The battery started to go out on the key fob wouldn't be able to start it without putting the key in the ignition. Replaced the battery now everything works except the comfort access options such as having the key in the pocket and just opening the door when putting your hand on the door handle and opening and closing windows with finger on comfort access. Any ideas on what the issue is? Thanks

Bump...I have also checked all applicable fuses. I believe the car battery is good. No faults for it as well. No faults in ECU according to OBDII. Key works when pressing buttons and in ignition but comfort access features are inop for some reason. Does anyone do coding in little rock, ar area?

No way around it...Have to take it to get it programmed (the key).
