BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Asking for $SOLD total (with shipping and PayPal fee included).

Great for those with late 2009+ E9X cars with the cheap looking tray. Sellers here never want to part with the ashtray lid only and to get it from the dealer, you need to buy the entire center piece for over $400, not including the actual sunglasses tray.

Getting rid of this since I'm trading up for an X5 on order.

(the white spots on the first pic is just dust, sunglasses not included obviously)

Does this fit/replace the ashtray in pre-LCI?

It's the same exact thing as the rear one on your E92, only slightly bigger to fit in the front compartment. Same feel, resistance, thick plastic, and everything.

i would buy that from you but you're gouging. A member here sold me the burl trim part for $40, the sunglass holder NEW is $21.00 (Part #: 51 16 7 132 376) http://www.bavauto.com/se1.asp?dept_id=345 << about 2/3rd down the page.

id buy another trim part just to see if it matches my grain closer. The one i bought is about 90% match.

but $160 bones? seriously?

I'll buy the trim for $40, keep the rest.
I understand the burl trim covers are hard to come by, but your simply taking advantage here.

I'm just putting out a price because I don't know what it's worth. It's open to offers. Just because a member sold you the trim piece for $40 does not mean universally, the worth of that part is $40. That's like me going to GameStop (as an example since they sell used goods) and telling me Billy sold my brother a copy of Mario for $29, so you shouldn't be selling it for $39.

There's no need to call me a gouger. If you already have it, I don't see why you feel the need to be a white knight.

Ah yes, I feel stupid now. Strange, the pattern doesn't look at all like my dark burl wood trim...but maybe that's cause it's scratched to hell.

You can post a picture of your trim if you want and I can help you confirm the type you have...

Ah no worries, I know we have the same kind of trim (I kept all my paperwork), so it must just be the photo that gives it more of reddish looking stain than mine--but again, mine's scratched to shit, and I wouldn't be surprised if the color has changed. I'm going to try and wrap my interior trim with Di-Noc until I can order the Anthracite Burl Wood BMW Individual trim pieces. Let me stew on this some more and I'll get back to you.

Excellent choice on the individual trim, although good luck with it. I was looking into that for my car when I had it, but I could only find it for sale for a sedan (which you have) but the only person in the country basically wanted $2k for it:

It's a beautiful wood isn't it? I feel like it's honestly the perfect color for a space gray exterior and a black interior (if my vehicle wasn't used, I would only change 2 things: saddle brown leather + M-Sport Pkg.). Yeah, I know it's gonna cost a pretty penny. However, when the time is right, I'll buy, and I'll see if I can get a little discount through my local BMW dealership that I'm close with (or Tischer if that doesn't work out). It shouldn't cost any more than $1300 if I had the right part #'s...

$60 shipped? I'll take it for that, but thats the most I can spend for a place to put my sunglasses, and delete my ashtray/plug.
