Angry HELP! small scratches on top of trunk

i was washing the car today and there are many small scratches all over the top of my trunk. I wash with microfiber so i think thats ok, but any idea what i could do?

Just make sure you keep that thing out of circular mode and safely in orbital. Unless you have a crapload of detailing experience.
