click when changing from fwd to reverse

Anyone hear a click noise shortly after you launch in first or reverse after you change between these gears? Is this normal for manual trans? It happens to me, usually after driving for longer periods. Any help is appreciated.

my steptronic has a harsh clunk into Reverse at times.
