Opening the trunk lid

By pushing the button for opening the trunk lid on the F12 cabriolet: It unlocks but the lid does not slide up. I would believe this should be an automatic function, but not so on my car.
How about you guys?

Pressing the button only unlocks the lid; it is not spring assisted opening like the F10, so you have to do it yourself.
