Converted brother to the dark side

My younger brother recently purchased a Lexus LS 460. For the previous 6 years he has driven an LS 430 and loved the comfort of these cars. Then he made the mistake of driving my 335i with active steering. His response was: "I didn't know driving could be this fun!" So he ordered a 550 as he needs more space for his 3 children.

Today we detailed his car. This summer it is a road trip with his son, my older brother, and my brother in law. We will see about highway acceleration at some point during our trip over the North Cascades highway.

As I told my brother: "This is almost like converting you to my religion."

The 166 wheels are the one's I had on my 550 and kept when I sold the car. I loved my 550, but I prefer my 335 to both the 550 and the e46 M3 coupe I had for 3 years.

I had a 545i and loved it. I bet the 550i is sweet.

Just curious, why didn't he wait for the refresh coming out in a few months? They made some nice changes to the front and the inside as well.

My brother had purchased a 550 off the showroom floor and they ended up scraping the paint on one fender when moving it into the showroom. At this point he did not want a repaint, and just ordered a new one. He was unaware of the refresh, as I was. When we found out he did not want to wait and reorder. He loves the car. The 166 wheels I gave him and he put on PS2s. If the new front spoiler on the 550 is any lower than the previous I'm sure it would not suit him anyway.
