First of all excuse my grammar

I got a friend owes me money and thats not a small amount. Around couple months ago i lent him the money and now its the time to give me the money back but he totally disappeared. I have the number of his parents but before calling them, is there any way i can go? such as small claims or lawyer?

wouldnt asking the parents be faster? You could just ask them where he went, rather then asking them for money.

maybe u'd be interested in this legal service program I recently found out, they solve any small things.
they'd write a letter for me to the City about the construction site going on near our house.
