Very nice. I have alpine white on black rims. Been wanting to black out other chrome items but can't find all the parts. I notice your M emblems on the side are black. Did you buy those or get those custom painted? If you bought them, would appreciate knowing where you got them.

Any luck trying to find black roundels?

Thanks for the comments guys!

I got the side gills at IND distribution. Easy plug and play...

Black roundels - I used carbon fiber black and silver overlays. Can choose a number of diff't color combos.

Going to do a bit more, pics will follow

What size are your wheels, and how is the ride? I'm looking to get some for mine.

Wheels are 22x10.5 and 22x12.
Tires 285/30/22 and 335/25/22

Ride is ok- great for street, tires are a little noisy

Very Very Nice! Nice ride and also a good looking set of wheels, they match well with the car.

I have a 2011 X5 M Sport in alpine white and looking to upgrade the rims and possibley the springs, but I am currious how well 22" wheels and lowering springs will match. Please post up some more pic's after you replace the springs and give us feed back if you can.

Thanks, Rick

but I can't wait any longer as this beast deserves a drop.

Thanks guys! It's a work in progress.

Gonna do the Lux H8 V3 angel eyed that were custom modded to fit the X5 M headlamp by STIto335 this weekend.

I have been slacking on the pics for a while as I don't have any more, and was waiting for the suspension.

I have been debating the KW V3 coilovers with EDC termination modules....has anyone installed them?

Got the lip from Eric N. at supreme power parts. I can't recall how much I paid but he was the least expensive.

If you get the vented hood, personally I would have it sealed from below, or have a drip tray that drains away water from the engine bay...I have read stories about dust/dirt/crap being problematic for clean freaks like me. Vorsteiner indicated they could do this custom for an additional price.

I also spoke with Andreas at Vorsteiner and they are developing a rear bonnet for the X5 M to compliment the lip.

I'll be there for my suspension, Downpipes and exhaust...whom is the most experienced tech you could recommend for this?
