Carbon fiber on black - opinion
Hi all,
I have a jet back e90. Have m3 wheels (machined front, black paint), tint, going with black lines (or depos) something smoked anyway. Already ordered carbon fiber BMW roundels for front, back, 4 rims and steering wheel. What is the opinion on going with carbon fiber mirrors, carbon fiber wing (either the mtech one or m3 lip) and carbon fiber front splitters? Yay, nay? Anyone have pics with carbon on black? Thanks. P.S I am not young anymore LOL.. but I want something unique-ish. |

Ive been thinking the same thing. Usually, I'm against the look of unpainted CF when it stands out compared to the paint of the car (unless it actually looks like a race car). However, I've been contemplating it more and more recently, given that I have a Jet Black 3. The determining factor for me would be how much the finish stood out compared to the OEM parts on the car. Color is one thing, but if the finishes are different I think it would look tacky.
Anyone have some pics on a JB?
