Sonic Tunning vs Mtec D1S Bulbs (HID Replacement Bulbs)

I was looking into purchasing some D1S Bulbs and did a lot of searching without finding much.

I know the Philips one is probably the best, but its a little out of my budget for bulbs. I narrowed it down to the D1S bulbs from Sonic Tunning or Mtec Bulbs

Does anyone have pictures of either bulbs installed and/or opinions if you own either of the sets? I know Sonic Tuning has very good customer service but I haven't seen any installed on E9Xs. I hear some good things about the Mtech D1S, but is it worth the extra $40 or so dollars?

Thanks!

i just bought the Philips bulbs, and have come to the conclusion that you just might as well spend the extra money on the better product as you pay for what you get.
e92lighting seems to be the best choice, talk to them in chat and ask for a discount.
sonic as i was explained uses generic products so you can experience issues.
its only 40 bucks or a ton of headaches ...

I went with the mtec 6000k and I love them. I think the color is perfect, bright white with a tiny hint of blue, no more yellow at all. I feel like they now resemble the look on the Acura TL. So it still looks like a stock headlight (which was what I was after), just doesn't have that yellow look anymore. I got them from e92 lighting, good deal!

Cool, thanks for the input guys! I think I'm going to go with the 6000k Mtec.

The Stock bulbs run at 4300k which make them look yellowish and ugly, almost like they are Halogen.

I want that Nice Clear White Look with hint of blue.
