so I need to cut them out?
where is the best place (on the pipe) to cut the pipe? i mean should I try to cut the exhaust tip to remove them an keep the pipe intact?

I would honestly suggest taking your car to any reputable muffler shop near you... it is an easy install for them and should not cost much to cut the stock tips off cleanly and fit the new ones in their place. But doing this yourself can only lead to more headaches than it is worth. Good luck and post some photos when you have it done... it should look great... very clean and keeping it OEM+
