LCI turn signal bulb

Hey guys,
My driver side turn signal doesnt blink as bright as the one on the passenger side.
It has a couple bulbs not blinking aswell as the rest of the bulbs blinking dimmer than the other side.

What can be the cause of this and how do i resolve it?
Its coded and no errors appear or rapid blinking.

That's a bummer, try swapping the lights side for side and see if the problem follows the light or stays on the drivers side. (yes I know you can't mount them like that, just plug them in and test)
