Office in 2011 335, not working

just got delivery of a 2011 335i. the office app does not work, when I click on office, all I get is my contacts stored in my phone. I don't get a set up menue or anything else. needless to say, I don't get my emails nor SMSs on the screen, not my calendar nor my to do list....I use a BB Curve 8330...software is not version 6, if that makes a difference.
Does anyone know what or where the problem lies? thank you.

Might only work in Europe like the connected drive features... but i could be wrong. Mine doesn't do any of that either.
