"LEMON LAW". Would i be eligible with all my problems?

I have an 08 335 and just passed 50k miles. Its a 3 year lease and i leased it as a demo with 6k miles.

Ive had the car for about 2 1/2 years now. It goes back in January but ive had/have so many problems with it i think i would like to lemon the vehicle.

Heres where it started.

1) Injectors replaced due to misfires
2) spark plugs replaced due to misfires
3) LPFP gets replaced for misfires
4) injectors,plugs,coils replaced for misfires
5) injectors replaced for recall
6) HPFP Replaced for misfires and long cranks
7) starting to get long cranks again .....

these all occured in the past 14 months.

Is this thing a lemon? What benefits do i see taking action?

thanks guys.

It does not qualify for the lemon law in any state. But that doesn't mean that a lemon lawyer can't help. Call one and ask them.

Why what? Why doesn't it fall under the lemon law or why can a lemon lawyer help?

It doesn't fall under the lemon law because you've had the car too long and it has too many miles. In addition, most states don't have laws that cover used cars (like yours)

That said, a lemon lawyer might be able to get something for you and calling doesn't cost you anything.

It's too late to do anything about lemoning it now.

You need to have a solitary problem that can make the car potentially dangerous that was not fixed by repairing it 3 times.

For instance if your car's door seals creak and they don't fix it on the 3rd shot, that's not a lemon, that's just tough shit. If your brakes fail and they find out that it's due to say "problem X", and they attempt to repair that problem 3x then they may replace it.

It appears that your car misfires. One of the problems is that many people that tune their cars here misfire.

Did you ever tune your car?

Did those other problems fix the misfires in the meantime?

My parents are dealing with a situation with an acura right now where they won't own up to a battery problem, but since the argument is that the battery is just fine, they won't lemon it. They are weird convoluted laws and if you are that interested, you should see if you can get a free assessment by an attorney.

Yeah all your mods will go over well, lol you can't lemon law a car with 50k miles on it. Just be happy your car is a lease.

Sooo.....

30 months into a 36 month lease, after putting 44,000+ miles on the car (good luck with that mileage in a lease with 6 months left) AND after modding the piss out of it with what, JB4? meth?, etc...you've concluded it should be lemon'd.

Sounds reasonable to me, good luck.

Well like i always have said, A tune just amplifies a problem thats already their. So if their is a problem with misfiring it will be subtle not tuned and much more obvious tuned.

Ya i modded the shit out of it. Are you trying to say even people that never modded their cars fall into the same category. Everyone and their mother knows their are fueling problems with these cars STOCK OR TUNED!.

I also thought that if the problems occured while the car was under warranty it is eligible.
