What do you guys think of Origin 8 bikes? Im thinking of getting a fixed gear.

Do you have brakes or are they pointless?

I ride a Giant OCR1, Aluminum frame, carbon fork and seat post. Great bike. 30 gears. light, agile. yet comfortable

How often/far do you guys ride? I've never riden a bike seriously but i'm going to get into it.

I ride a Fuji Roubaix Pro w/carbon fork and seat stays and ultegra/105 components.

Prob ride 1k miles per year.

used to ride more, i ride a couple 100 a year. i do a century tour here and there. It's a lot of fun. all my components are 105 and the tires are aramadillo's.
