If you havent already heard the lease programs have changed for Z4 35is - If you are in the market for any car, please consider the Z4 35is - 24 month residual at 10K Miles is 82% ---- Yes Eight Two Percent --- Thats huge

I saw this earlier today and did a double-take. That's a steal. Even the advertised deal on BMWUSA got my attention - 24 month lease for a $66k car at $499/mo with $3900 due at signing? Damn.

Wow that is good. But if you live in a lease-not-friendly state like MD, VA, IL, TX etc, add ALL the tax on that $66K into those 24 payments.

I work in bmw store in Richmond, va and we have a melborne red z4 on the showroom with nav and 19's lease including taxes $565 per month 10k miles 24 months $3500 down.

Z4 35is? That's incredibly good, especially for walk-in no negotiation deal.

I would not doubt it, I have seen only one of the new E89 so far here in Charlotte, NC.

On top of the 82% residual on IS's - the 30i's and 35i's have 80% residuals as well for 24 months.
