BMW Assist - car does not receive messages or addresses from google maps!

Hi all,
Just got my new ride last Friday, 2011 335 e92. few little glitches here and there, one of them is the BMW Assist; simply, I can't receive messages from BMW assist or concierge and can't receive addresses from Google maps in the car. the SOS agents can not help, I thought may be you can...any ideas?
Also, the office applicatiion does not work, I casn only sink my phone book...I use a BB Curve 8330...again any ideas?

First make sure BMW has you correct email address. Second make sure in google maps once you search for the address you click send to car. Do not try to send the full directions.

As far as your office app. Unless your phone is supported all you will get is the addresses. To find out go to bmwusa.com/Bluetooth. Your phone is not listed there. The 8320 is but it is not email capable.

BMW has my correct email address, I also changed it to another one because it was the address that I used for my other BMW (2010 X6 - BMW assist is diconnected on it). Nothing works. the car is going to the dealer on Monday for these issues, as was advised by BMW assist. I will post an update when I have one.
As for the office, I only get the phone book, nothing else, it could be the phone...does anyone know if I phone G3 is supported?

So, its working...the google maps that is. After I scheduled the appointment, my SA called to check on the car and see how I'm enjoying my new ride. I told him about the problem and he said to check the email address in the paper work...when I did, I discovered that when the dealer set up the car, they used a different email address than the one I have with BMW assist. I called Assist and changed the email address they have for the car and wala...it works.
the car is going back for the office app. and also for the 1000 Km oil change.
