...jack pad? you talking about the jack points or a jack? our cars don't come with jacks, and the jack point is on the bottom of the car

Our cars have runflats, therefore, they don't come with spare tires nor tire changing tools.

i forget the history but since rft, no more jacks. your friend's was probably older model or he bought the spare kit himself - has some fancy name but in reality just another spare tire kit

np, you should call the dealership and ask the same salesmen what happens after you get outside warranty and no more road side, will they give you a jack then?

Wait, you noticed there wasn't a jack but didn't notice there wasn't a spare tire (or a place to put it)?

Never believe the dealership if what they say doesn't pass a common sense test. There are a lot of HS dropouts working in a BMW dealership. No benefits, paid by the hour, do the math.

And if they did give us a jack - there still would be no Jack Pad. Jack Pad is only used with a floor jack, no need for one with factory jack...

True but even that has missing parts. Try finding the manual sun roof opener mentioned in the manual.

Yeah, that was one thing I made them give me. It's only like 8 or 13 bucks, but it was the principle of the thing.

I have 2 tools that came with my 2011 328. A screw driver and some tool I'm not sure what it is. What do you have?

There are clearly 2 slots though that are empty. Not sure what those 2 slots should have.

The sun roof crank thing is the only "tool" that came with my car. I stole a screwdriver and a flashlight from a showroom car while was waiting for parts

If you want a jack with your car, go buy a Mustang.

Are you one of those guys who fill up the rental 30 miles from the airport, so that the next customer doesn't really start with a full tank, too?
