I bought some wheels from this company back in Dec and had a problem with fitment. Unfortunately at that time I only communicated with one of their sales guys who has since been removed from the company. At that point I figured I was pretty much screwed but when Gabriel the owner found out about the problem I had he immediately contacted me to make sure I got it resolved which I have. I am very impressed with the service I received particularly because they were under no obligation to make sure I got straightened out. I just wish I would have contacted Gabriel sooner because he was completely focused on making sure my problem got resolved.

Any business is great when things go perfect but as you know when buying over the net sometimes things dont end up exactly as expected, and that is where customer service is so very important. If very quick and professional replies, and a relentless pursuit of the customer being highly satisfied is important to you, this is the wheel company you want to work with

Some of the e90post vendors can learn from Gabriel (WheelsDirect)!!! That's how you run a business... even if the customer is buying $2.99 stickers! well, maybe not $3 stickers but you know what i mean. =)
