OEM with perfect fitment. Bought through and installed by LTBMW here in SoCal about 20K miles ago. Needs reconditioning and painting. Some minor blemishes and scrape (at bottom only) which can be taken care of easily when painted new.

I am located in LA and highly prefer local pick up. Asking $175 firm (Not including packing or shipping cost). PM me if interested.
