Is it me, or does it look a little short for an e90 coupe? The spy shots all seem much longer.

..it appears Mercedes will NOT give up attempting to cut into BMW's share of the market.

How do you spell "cannibalization"? C...L...E !

2007 Mercedes-Benz CLE

"Following the lead of its new CLS, the E-class-derived four-door coupe, Mercedes-Benz is planning a four-door, C-class-based coupe called the CLE to shake up the next generation of its smallest range, which arrives in mid-2006.

The CLE will utilize now-trendy rear suicide doors in a slick, low-slung package. Engines will range from a supercharged 170-hp, 1.8-liter direct-injection four to a 390-hp, 5.5-liter AMG V-8. To save costs, the CLE will use the roof of the next CLK coupe."

as long as they keep that very curved roof (like a audi TT) I will be very happy... it gives it such a nice line... I'm loving the PSs of coupe... I have to say I think the E90 was first designed as a coupe then they though "how are we goning to make the sedan?" the lines just look that way to me...

Please don't take this the worng way because I really like the sedan but I can picture a breath taking coupe.
