1500 -- 1.5 months old. I had an alignment done at the dealership and I'm still a little unsatisfied with the car's perceived lack of stability at high speeds. (I'm risking of being shot by the fanboys, but the magic steering feel of a BMW evaporates with the increased speed). I hope that a switch to non-RFT will improve the situation. My main reason for getting a bimmer was to enjoy the dead-firm steering, which I did not have in my Legacy GT. So far, I'm only enjoying the acceleration ...

5.5 months w/ 9,300 miles...fuel pump replaced at 7k
Handling not there since snow tires on, but Goodyear F-1's going on next week. Great car, with a back seat and good size trunk. |

one week, 950 miles.
did a fairly hard break in after the first maybe 400 miles of taking it easy. the car feels much faster now that i have redlined her much more. i got the oil change after 600 miles, right before i started getting on it real hard. going to the 1/4 track tonight (stock), then will probably be going back to the track next week with the PROcede installed

2.5 months... 1450 miles... It's nice to explore the car above 4500rpms... Still haven't driven it with summer tires on. They'll probably go on this weekend. Giddy!

No problems. Handles BETTER at high speeds. No oil consumption, but changed at 1k and 5k miles. At 5k changeout (last weekend) oil looked worse than it should -- I can't imagine taking that oil to 15k! |
