Buying 2007 335i Sedan, Good Price

Looking to buy a 2007 335i sedan from dealer. Its fully loaded and has navi, sport, premium w/ 47k miles. Hes asking $20,500 out the door. Is that Good price?

IMO, don't buy a lemon. I thought BMW covers the HPFP. Or is this because the previous owner claimed it as a lemon?? Don't get it, there are plenty more out there. Broaden your search if you haven't. Good luck!
