335xi do i need these services done?

i am planning to keep my 2008 335xi coupe for as long as possible. my car has about 38,000 miles on it. i was reading mike millers old school mainance guide and saw these as things i should do in the near future based on my milaege. do you agree with these things or is it over kill? or not needed at all? input whould be greatly appreciated. thanks

engine coolant service
drive belts
power steering fluid
all wheel drive transfer cases
differential oil
automatic transmission fluid

i think its a good idea except i don't think you'll need belts yet.

I'd say definitely on all those items. Especially driveline fluids.

You need to do all but the belts. Do them at 60k. The power steering fluid may be able to be extended to 60k as well. Check your fluid and see what condition it is in.

The good news is that after you do this once you'll find that all but the coolant is very simple to repeat. The coolant requires intercooler removel which adds a little complexity. You should also be doing brake fluid change out at least every other year.

I agree with Dan on the belts. Power Steering doesn't hurt to do considering how relatively cheap it is. Make sure to replace the PS reservoir, as it has an integrated filter.

Have you decided what ATF you're going to use?
