Extended Warranty- Car Chex for Fidelity?

Fidelity is $1850 for 2 yr 24K miles
Car Chex $3200 for 4 year 48K miles

Read enough BBB/Consumer alerts to make me cross eyed.

2007 335i 6MT 62K miles

BMW extended warranty, negotiate for 15% off. It won't come close to an additional 4 years, it's only 2 extra with 6/100, or 3 with 7/100. But why fool around? If you purchase an extended warranty for $1800 thinking you saved $1000, and it's not honored, nothing was saved. As a matter of fact, $1800 was wasted.

Go with fidelity.. pretty reputable.. I am actually buying it for my '06 E55 tomorrow for 5/60 for $4800
