Just wanted to say thanks to Nate and IND for their amazing customer service.

I had a slight issue with a product I ordered from IND last month. I sent Nate a PM regarding the issue and within an hour I received a response from Nate stating that he would be sending a replacement in the morning. No hassles, no questions. I wish all companies could be this easy to work with!

It's obvious to me why IND has such a stellar reputation on M3Post. Thanks again IND

I too can vouch for unbelievable after the sale service... and they turned out a car that ended up being more than expected. Pretty amazing to say the least.

Absolutely, I ordered a painted keyhole cover from IND, a $38 part. They treated me as if I had spent $1000. That's real customer service. The keyhole cover looks great guys, thanks again and I will be ordering more M3 parts from IND soon...
