What is the price I should target on this vehicle? I'm not too fond of it, but my cousin has his eyes on it so I thought I'd go take a look and see how it is.

I paid 27k for my 2007 with 30k miles on it. But I live in the US. Not sure the ratio to Canada.

Hello Dr G,

From what I read online and from personal visit to German Star, they do tend to buy US cars with accident history. other issues I can point out here is that optically the place is less than desirable "trailer", onsite service leaves a lot to desire "ignorant sales team". Yet I have not heard from anyone that completed a transaction with then thus my perception can be far from reality “not highly likely though”.
On the same subject if you planning to buy US car you might be better off doing your own research/direct import I am sure you will save here and have larger selection.

I hope this helps and keep us posted on your experience if you buy from GS.

From what I can see in the pictures, the trunk paint doesn't match the bumper... also no badging...

I know a 6MT version with the same packages, less KM, but grey in colour sold for $33.5K not too long ago CPO'd from the dealer.

Thanks for the info, I've looked a bit more into them and I'm gonna pass on the purchase. I'm getting the car for my cousin who is only 17 and in high school still so having him come to the states to make the purchase won't work out.
