Warranty denied for aftermarket suspension?

Hey all i asked this question in another section thought I'd have more luck here. I wanted to see if anyone has had warranty work denied because of lowering springs? Not suspension, I already know that would be voided, but did they attribute a motor problem or tranny problem with your car being lowered?

Thanks

They gotta prove that the lowered suspension is the cause of the problem. But anything is possible...

Same thing happened to me when I had the E36.
They said it was in their contract that any aftermarket stuff voids the warranty. They did pay back some of the money.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

I use bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville. They haven't given me any problems I'm just researching because I plan on lowering the car but I have 2 years left on my CPO warranty.
